Redwood Christian Park has open weekdays and weekends available year-round for corporate and staff retreats. If your team needs a dedicated venue in Northern California where you control the schedule, the agenda, and the programming, RCP is built for exactly that.

We host groups of up to 425 guests on a 400-acre campus in the Santa Cruz Mountains, with six meeting spaces ranging from 25-person breakout rooms to a 425-seat Tabernacle. Groups of 350 or more can book the entire campus for exclusive use. On-site catering, comfortable lodging, and activity staffing are included. Monday through Thursday availability makes RCP one of the few retreat venues in the region that works around your team’s schedule, not the other way around.
